Thanks for the comment on my blog. You hit it pretty much on. Darrell and I continue to pray, but are confident this is just a season of doubt or rebellion on her part that God can handle better than we. What really bothered me was what you mentioned. My mother is very critical and rarley lives the way she expects others to so I try to be sensitive to that in raising the girls. My worry was that maybe she sees me as as being the opposite. Trying so hard not to be my mother that I set unrealistic expectations for myself and them.
