The tater tot story was just Evan being weird. I mean, if I said put about half the bag of tater tots on top of the casserole, would you dump the bag out on the table and COUNT them? He did. AFTER he dumped out the fishsticks. Maybe I should have explained better.

That's so funny that you mentioned the Duggar's recipe. The famous "Tater Tot Casserole!" Oh, it sounds SO bad, but we have it at church occassionally on Wednesday nights, and their version is actually pretty good! And I have a hash-brown casserole that is probably the same thing, basically. You know, you do what you have to in a pinch.
Unfortunately for our checkbook, we have a Kroger about 1 mile down the road. I ought to just set up housekeeping over there. Sometimes I think THEY should be paying ME something, for goodness' sake!
